Corona 3, " Special” Edition Folding Typewriter, 1920 - 40 ' S, Rare Red

I believe this is the "special" model that came out in 1924. This thing is in excellent condition paint wise, a few chips on front sides and top back (see pictures), I've looked and it seems the red ones are hard to find. All the letters, caps, etc...work, I just tested with some paper and its ready to type the perfect, untraceable ransom letter. Will need some ribbon if you intend to use it for more productive purposes. The folding mechanism works perfectly. There is a metal screw top... tube with a knife like looking tip inside, maybe for oiling? Also a wood handled brush for cleaning. Folding typewriter into its own carrying case. The carrying case front flap has come loose, the fabric split down the seam. I could repair it but I'll let the new caretaker fix.
