As of today in NGC, only 83 coins graded 70 in First Day of Issue, and only 48 of those have the Lyndall Bass American Flag Signature Label. Not likely any more coming in that will have the First Day of Issue label. This may be your last chance to get a Uncirculated US Lincoln cent in MS70 RD grade.
