Ebay does not have a function that requires buyers to contact the seller within 2 days after receiving an item. Ebay's functions only allows for 14 days. Therefore, I give full returns if requested within 2 days of receipt of coin. 2 days is plenty of time to determine whether you like a coin or not. Time will be determined based on when tracking says an item is delivered. Ergo, once an item is sho...wing as having been delivered via usps tracking, the buyer will have 2 days to request a refund. The buyer will then be given 3 days to upload return tracking information as well as show the item has been shipped. If both conditions are met, a full refund will be given. If both conditions are not met, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
This policy is in place ONLY to stop unscrupulous buyers from purchasing an item, shopping it around for 13 days and then if unable to resell, request a refund.
