this item is preowned tested and works looks like the ice on the bottom ramp have been re-glued other than that works fine see photos for best description does come with original box see photos box is old and has some staining this item also comes with the car 63521 pacific fruit express could use a cleaning but other than that it looks fine (6D)A lot are new but have been stacked in 5 different rooms in the gentleman’s house. So may be dusty or box may show some wear. Some have not ...been moved since the 80s. Some are production samples or prototypes, that this gentleman tested and or inspected. After this was done he kept the train cars.
If the train is graded it's because there's an expert in shop while item is being listed. Train are what is graded, not the box or packing.
