None of the Black Hole cereal premiums are easy to find. I don’t think I’ve seen a loose one for sale in my rambles for more than a decade. When you did find them, theywould be the pencil holders as they were more robust and stood up to some wear. Far less common were the plastic, cardboard decoders that you opened, folded to make into a decoder. There are far less common still in the package and I don’t think I’ve ever seen one in the wild.
