Antique Arts & Crafts Glass Vase - Decorated Molten Glass & Etched
Exquisite vase 5.75" (14.5cm) tall and beautifully decorated.
The decoration includes etched butterfly, insects and flower heads, molten glass laid flowers, internal facets, hot moulded rim, raised hand painted foliage and gilt embellishment to beading in the glass. A lot going on for such a simple looking piece.
Believed to be from the Arts and Crafts era due to the range of the decoration techniq...ues and quality.
Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or nibbles, just some scratching to the ground base.
