The condition of this item is new or pack fresh. This card is considered one of the holy grails in the Pokémon Hobby and a fine addition to any collection or cross-collector. In my honest opinion, I believe the card is graded perfectly by PSA, but Beckett “may” give it the coveted 9.5 grade. I’m not a gambling individual thus I did even want to try.... Nevertheless, this card is crisp, clean, and has great eye appeal.
