Ken Sugimori is the art director for the Pokemon franchise and is best known for his thousands of contributions to the Pokemon games and anime.
To my knowledge, this is the first PSA authenticated Sugimori to ever be auctioned.
This card has been authenticated by the PSA/DNA company and its certification number is: 28912024, which can be viewed through the PSA website.
