This is a very rare (these days) Elmer Wall Mighty Might 30cc “racing” engine. It was expertly built by Coles power models and displayed in their store and for their catalog and is the actual engine shown in the old Coles catalogs. This engine is a beautifully made 30cc overhead valve “racing” engine that makes 1 hp and has 7/8” bore and a 3/4” stroke and can spin up to 6000 rpm! Wow that’s got to be impressive! This “mighty mite” engine is beautifully made like all o...f the display and catalog engines for Coles power models and has been kept in a custom acrylic display box in a climate controlled house. The engines new owner will have the excitement of being the first person in possibly 20 years to open the case up and handle the engine, kinda like the model engine world’s version of opening King Tuts tomb . This engine is an unbelievable addition to any collection and the opportunity to have one at all these days , let alone one with the amazing history and beautiful precision construction is so rare. The quality of all of these models is excellent and their history is equally as impressive. If you open up an old Coles power models catalog, you will see this actual engine in the photos. This is the last chance to get one of these from the original collection.
