Steiff ? Bully Bulldog - Prewar? Believed to be very rare. There are no tags or button to identify and it does not have a collar. Condition is good/used minor issues compared to age. Attempted repair to left ear. (See Pictures) I have presented this to the best of my ability, if you have any questions please ask. I am not a vintage toy expert.
