YOU ARE BIDDING ON A...Vintage Heller Bell System Stapler Model M made by the Heller Co., Cleve. 14, Ohio.The stapler is 4-1/2 inches tall and in very good condition. All of the features function smoothly. Number 1605 is stamp on the tool. Neat old tool for your collection or use today if you can find the staples. I'm guessing the wire hook on the end is for feeding the cable. The rod inside pushes down and I see it wher...e the staples come out, but I do not have staples to actually see if they come out properly.
