Gibbons-Sexton and Company 1893 Parlor Stove. A beauty. This can be, and has been used to burn wood, though doesn't meet current code requirements for doing so. I just hooked it up with the correct chimney material in my artist studio. Just a lovely piece used in living rooms during the turn of the last century and before. Date '93 is stamped on the interior of the loading door designating year it was manufactured, 1893. This could be used for warmth and as decoration, or as unique dec...oration alone - a true right-now attention getter. Perfect for a shop as a conversation piece, a home, a den, even a bedroom. Unsure of the shipping costs for something this heavy, probably 150 pounds total. Or if you live in the Pac NW come up to near Port Angeles WA and get it. I've see less attractive ones on E Bay go for much more. Pictures show it sort of tilting, it doesn't.
