Metal Vintage Porch Glider and Chair for Patio Upholstered Cushions. Condition is Used. Located in Winston Salem, NC. This porch glider and chair have been under front porch cover since purchased in the 1950's. Both pieces are in good condition with little to no rust. Both pieces need to be painted, but Rustoleum spray paint makes it SO easy. I painted about 10 years ago and it has lasted. A few of the springs on the glider need to be replaced, or a plywood piece placed over the entire... seating frame for support. It still sits very sturdy and comfortably, but if you go through the process of painting, it would wise to replace the springs. The cushions were custom made by a local upholstery shop. The foam is in great condition, but the cushions would most likely need new covers. This has been in my family for years and is the perfect vintage furniture for your patio!
