ESTATE FRESH ANTIQUE FRENCH VIOLIN W BOW IN CASE - LUPOT LUTHIER PARIS LABELAMAZNG ESTATE TREASURE AUCTION INCLUDNG FINE ASIAN ARTS Hello, thank you for having a look at our auctions! Up for auction with no reserve is a very nice Antique Estate Fresh Violin and Bow in Case. I am not an expert in violins, we are listing two that came from local estates this week. The Violin looks to be in somewhat rough condition with some repairs and restoration, so it is being sold as is, for parts or decorative use. The Violin has a label inside that is from the important 18th Century Violin maker Lupot Luthier of Paris, I do not believe this is a Luthier original, most likely a copy dating from 80-100 years ago. The Bow is also very nice but judge condition from the photos, again it is being sold as is. The Case is in great condition. The Violin measures 23-1/2 inches long by 8-1/2 inches wide overall and the Bow is 28 inches long. Great looking piece, even if you just hang it as a unique piece of art on the wall !
