Rare Vintage TRS-80 4P Portable Luggable Computer from 1983 w/ Manuals Software
TRS-80 4P computer is in VG++ condition for it's age. Plastic carrying case is in great shape (no cracks or chips, and just very minor age discoloration) and all closure snaps work fine. Carrying handle is in great shape an secure to the computer. Keyboard pulls out easily and is in great shape (although I have NOT tested all of the keys). Switches and knobs on the front left are all functional and both ...disk drive locks work fine, locking & releasing the floppy when they are turned each way.
Outer Radioshack zip protective vinyl case has the zipper blown out on one side (needs sewing repair).
DOS 1.3 disk loaded fine in the left floppy drive, I have not tested the right floppy drive.
2 versions of DOS (1.3 & 6.2.0) are included as well as the programs Scripsit & Viscalc.
Fan runs quiet and display is brite and crisp with both contrast and briteness knobs working well. Reset button works.
Includes DOS disk, flat ribbon cable for printer attachment, original AC cord, computer with pull out keyboard, and the manuals shown. 48K of memory. 2- 5.25" floppy disk drives.
This Portable "luggable" computer measures 16" x 16" x 11"and weighs just under 30 pounds.
Shipping weight will be 33 pounds boxed properly for transport.
