I have put batteries in it and tested the radio, which seems to be working very well .. As far as the cassette part I do not have one to try it .. When turning on the cassette part I can hear things moving .. I have included a over shoulder carry case , not a original. I am selling this as is only for the fact I could not test the cassette function part . So there will be no return on this item. Will not be shipped with batteries .. Do not have the 3V dc. This is a awesome rare find in this condition ..
