DEADSTOCK mid 80s TUF-WEAR red 8oz XL boxing gloves. Marked “RMT 8 XL” on each glove. Never worn, new old stock. Original laces. Crispy. Minty!
Pre owned, but never used. Any wear or dustiness due to nearly 40 years of storage. From a boxing gym in the 80s where an Olympic boxer trained, then stored away ever since.
Very clean looking, awesome condition! Small tear on the white trim near one of the seams where it laces. Interior has faint aged patin...a in areas. Has white paint transfer in some areas - see pics. The trim is a painted canvas so I believe it’s paint transfer from that. I did not attempt to clean it. Has some minor age cracking and distress on the painted trim parts. You can put your hand in and make a fist, but when you do that some of the old paint on the trim can flake off on your hand. If you wanna use these it may deteriorate the condition of the gloves. Still in very nice condition and super rare!
Best as a display item for your Rocky Man Cave given its age.
