Circa 1660.
Included is a account and guarantee letter from Newman & Newman Antiques, Kensington, detailing the above jar and another similar which was given as a gift in 1974. The letter dated 1964 and with price of jars of £80.
Has a firing crack/flaw to the side from the rim and some of the usual glaze chips otherwise in good condition.
Measures approx 7.5" or 20cm high.
