Just to respond to common questions regarding my shipping costs: When figuring out shipping costs, I take into account cost of shipping supplies (boxes, packing peanuts, bubble wrap pouches, tape, printer ink, paper, etc.), cost of transportation to/from a shipping supplies store and to/from the post office, and my perso...nal opportunity cost (time spent packing/going to the post office is time I'm not doing other jobs).
So when figuring out shipping costs, I don't just take into account what it costs to pay the post office to ship the items.
Because of this, I will very rarely agree to combine shipping cost if you purchase more than one item.
