Our bricks and mortar store is located only 1.5 hours from central Melbourne and 15 minutes from Ballarat, Clunes and Daylesford. The RACV Goldfields Resort is only minutes away. An award winning French bakery, Le Peche Gourmand, is also in town - as well as a variety of other great cafes and local food outlets. Pickup and viewing are by appointment only, until further notice. If you are travelling a long way - call us and let us know - just in case we are out doing a local house call / delivery etc.Payment & Terms Buyer must make contact within 24hrs and make payment within 3 days, or item will be relisted and returned to stock. We will file a non-paying bidder alert after 3 days of non-payment and nil communication. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bank Deposit, Paypal, or Cash on Pickup (if within 7 days). We will not hold items longer than 7 days without payment, cash or otherwise. We prefer you to pay in advance at the time of purchase by any of our listed methods.
Pickup within 10 days Please pickup your items within 10 days. We prefer you to pickup asap as we have a small shop and need the space for incoming stock. Some exceptions apply for interstate purchases. Additional storage time may be available, but a fee will apply to cover our storage and handling costs - generally $35p/w for larger items. Items will be sold if not picked up within 30 days. Please note: we are not a self-storage company - however if you need additional time to pick an item up, please have the courtesy to discuss this with us before purchase.
Layby* We can offer a 4 week payment plan for most items over $300. Please discuss with us prior to purchase to confirm details. A 40% upfront deposit is required. Australian sales only. Postage & Packaging We have heaps of experience successfully packing and sending items through the post. We take great care to ensure you item arrives in one piece and in the condition described.
