Not sure if it's painted glass or stained Glass Horn of Plenty Window Hanging Fall Thanksgiving Vintage Cornucopia

Measures 14" x 10", has a couple small wires on top to attach fishing string to hang as you wish...Condition, See photos, vintage, so some paint slightly faded on red frame between cornucopia and flower border, right top loop is attached on one side, so watch when hangin...g, it should still loop well...see photos. I pack well and ship fast!
