For auction a vintage Black & Decker Rotary cutting tool. It is a model 7975. It is in good running and working condition. I have tested it on card board and Thin gauge aluminum; soffit fascia aluminum. The tool cuts any direction, straight line , wavy , left to right. It can even cut large circles. It is a variable speed tool and it runs in reverse as well. The tool is used . It has some scuffs and scratches. There are a couple of semi deep scratches. There is some sur...face rust on the cutter wheels, that could be cleaned. There is signs of user wear and tear, but the tool has not been abused or misused. Please see pictures for condition.
