Items shipped via FedEx at the calculated rate DO INCLUDE insurance, but please note that shipping insurance DOES NOT cover theft after delivery, so we strongly suggest having items shipped to your DAY TIME ADDRESS! You can save money by combining multiple items into one order. A shipping discount will be applied automatically at checkout. LOCAL PICK UPPick up hours are Mon-Friday 9am to 4pm ONLY. If you notify us (via eBay message) a minimum of three (3) business hours ahead of your arrival to pick up, your items will be ready when you get here. If you come to pick up without providing notice, you will experience a wait time of 15-30 minutes. Please bring a photo ID matching the name on the invoice for pick up verification.
