I could not spot a signature...Layers of glass are overlapped and blown, the base attached, than an artist carves away, in relief, to leave the pattern.. no painting for details, all are etched in.. So, So pretty!! This lovely, showy piece is in very good condition with no noticed damage.Measurements: vase- 13" x 5" 4" base and top approx.
