Here's a lovely Royal Doulton figurine that is named "Penelope". Penelope is seated and stitching a floral needlework. A basket of colorful balls of yarn sits beside her. This Penelope is number HN 1902 and is fairly rare, whereas Penelope number HN 1901 is plentiful. Penelope 1902 is wearing a lavender/purple dress with blue stripes, blue bodice, and white collar. She was manufactured from 1939 until 1949, and was designed by Leslie Harradine.This figurine mea...sures approximately 7" tall.
