A vintage gas lantern as shown in the photos. It is about 16 inches tall and a little over 8 inches in diameter at the base. It appears to be all complete. The globe is intact and clear, it is not glass or mica and is somewhat flexible (perhaps plastic). Signed on the base American Gas Machine Co., Albert Lea, Minn. Made in USA. and with patent numbers. The font and top do not attract a magnet, they appear to be nickel plated brass. We have not tested it but it does a...ppear to be complete and functional.
