Original Description:
Rare Classic National HRO 500 Serial Number 75-12113. Hard to find. Electro-mechanically excellent.  Appears complete. Working but has issues and needs alignment. Scuffs and blemishes as you would expect with cosmetic condition good to very good considering age (see pics) .The front top corner of the chassis is chipped, see photo. Case 100% original, not repainted. No mods evident. 
Other brief notes- Tuned SSB on 20M, sounded good. Speaker jack on rear panel not functioni...ng, headphone jack working, obvious need for alignment as synthesizer drum was off, showing two bands at once.
A working radio with flaws that needs TLC. Great for restoration project or collector. Being sold as-is with no return.
