This original authentic item is a BARNSLEY home shirt from 1996.
To confirm, this is an original shirt from 1996 and is NOT a more modern copy.
Manufacturer is ADMIRAL, with all badges and logos being felt embossed.
As a bonus, both sleeves has official Nationwide Football league patches applied
Size of the shirt: the neck label states the size is SMALL ADULTS. The shirt actually measures 21" from pit to pit and 27.5"... in length from collar to hem which would make it an ADULTS MEDIUM. The shirts from this period were oversized as per the style of that period. Condition of the shirt is EXCELLENT, near MINT. The shirt just has a couple of tiny plucks/pulls and parts of the felted sleeve patches have lifted slightly as per above photos. The shirt looks like only worn and washed a couple of times - if that, it's REALLY THAT GOOD!!!!
