Circa 1930 sample book of "Oriental Papers" from the Japan Paper Company in NYC. 5" by 7", softbound, about 60 sheets of handmade paper in various textures, thickness, some patterned. Most sheets are very clean, one page has a fold line down the center. The Japan Paper Company imported paper primarily for small press book publishing houses. Lovely to look at and keep as examples of antique handmade paper that is almost 100 years old, the small sheet...s might be used for small projects.
