Vintage C140 SUBBUTEO Soccer Football Stadium Grandstand & 5 Seated Spectators Vintage C140 SUBBUTEO Soccer Football Stadium Grandstand & 5 Seated Spectators ... Click images to enlarge Description Ref: HBThis is a C140 SUBBUTEO OO Scale Stadium Granstand. It comprises green side panels and two tiers of tan coloured seating with five seated spectators. It comes in it's original box and dates to the mid 1970's.
The box is in fair condition, with some shelf wear and rubbed/creased corners with some loss of rigidity. There are some small tears and tape marks, mainly to the end flaps and corners, but the box remains complete with nothing detached, otherwise there's no major damage and minimal discolouration/fading, so colours remain vibrant.
The stadium itself is in great condition with no evidence of wear or damage of any kind. Please note it is fiddly to assemble, but this is a feature of the design and is completely normal. With care and patience, it fits together perfectly (see photos) but I mention it for the sake of absolute accuracy.
Colours are consistant across all panels, including the sides and seating and there is no evidence of use or wear.
