I have a vintage TWO GALLON Pressure - Vacuum Low Temperature Fast Time Pasteurizer made by The Schueter Company of Janesville, Wis.
I know the unit dates from before 1963 as they use "Wis." on the label instead of "WI". The two letter state abbreviations came in with the Zip Codes in 1963.
I plugged the unit in and the heating element works just fine. I did not go any farther than that.
All the pieces seem to be here.
Condition ~ This is a barn find from an estate sa...le. I did not scrub it clean. I wiped the dust off with a damp cloth for the photos.
Shipping weight is about nine pounds.
