I purchased these items new and they're in great working condition but show obvious signs of wear. Mechanically perfect in every way. The rubber feet are original and long ago I wrapped each foot with a piece of green plastic tape to avoid losing the feet. This is the classic Leica tabletop tripod, an original design ...that's still produced today. Looks cool, works great, slips into any camera bag.
