The copyright was done in 1946 by Jackson J. Rose and this is the 5th edition. Written and printed in Hollywood, California. The book is in very good condition except the second page (which I attache a photo that has the dog showing) the front cover is pulling away from all the pages. The hard cover back is fine and all the pages are in tack and not coming apart. The leather only has slight scuffing on the corners. No underlining, or bent pages, or marks o...n the pages.
