Pre Owned USED in above average estate quality condition. In very good shape at 69 years old. This holds an up to 2 inch wide roll of gummed packing tape, it has a water reservoir and a crank for exact lengths. It has not been tested because I don't have any tape. The crank and reservoir work as expected.
