Antique and rare Artist articulated Mannequin lay figure of a Woman.
Beautifully carved from dark hard wood with moveable ball joints. This model was manufactured around 1880
She can be posed in many different positions Height from top of her head to pointed toe 33 inches (2' 9")
She does have a crack down one thigh. Seems where the wood split naturally and someone maybe triedto fix it. I think it could be repaired very nicely.
Overa...ll considering the age of this model, 150 years, it is in excellent condition.
I've seen similar models go much higher. Several are listed in the $6, 000 + range.
