1912 EDISON " Name The Publication Contest " For HIS Kinetoscope DEALERS -

This ORIGINAL four-page printing by Thomas A Edison was published on 9-1-1912 and distributed on 9-10-1912 for the sole purpose of having his Kinetoscope dealers...in a contest...give this publication a name. How absolutely unique for that period of time. The two photos I've included in this listing are the front and back pages. The two inside pages are just as interesting.
It measures 9" X 8" and has a little tear in the middle of the top and the look... of a 107-year old printing. Yet every word can be easily read.
One of the lines on the front says "On February 1st, 1913, a name will be selected for the publication from names suggested by our dealers." I don't know about you...but I love the way he sought the name from his dealers.
So why am I selling it and all of my other Edison items after parting with my Kinetoscope? Because I've now been retired for 18-years and want others...who appreciate Edison...to have a chance to own it.
The shipping and handling charge is for safe and secure mailing of this great piece of history that I've never personally seen before.
