Says for Percom Data Co Disk Drives and Atari Computers (not sure if compatible with entire 8 bit line (400/800/1200?)

DOS XL 2.20
Plus Bonus other items on 2nd side of disk (see picture for details, note notch)
Booted on my 800XL with a 1050 disk drive. Booted from floppy then typed "dos" and got prompts as shown. No further testing done. Sold as is.

Was stored indoors for many years.
