About my listings:
1. The number in the title represents the number of items you will receive. For example: "18 Vintage German Stones" means that you will receive 18 pieces.
2. If I only have a photo showing four pieces, and the title states "18 Vintage German Stones, " it means -- yes -- that you're still getting 18 pieces.
3. If I have more than one lot available of something, and you change the "quantity" from say, 1 to 2, you wi...ll be getting twice the number in the title. For example, if you purchase 2 lots of "18 Vintage German Stones", you will be receiving 36 pieces.
4. I am a small seller; I'm not Walmart. And I value my customers. It's for this reason that I ask you to please pay for your items within 48 hours. If you abandon your order, it's not only a hassle for me but it also takes my inventory out of the public view until I manually re-list it. Thank you for your understanding.
About my shipping policy:
1. If you see that the cost of shipping one item is $3.50, and that it's fifty cents more for an additional item, this policy applies to THAT PARTICULAR ITEM ONLY. Why? Well, suppose you order 12 paperclips from my store, and the shipping is $3.50. Suddenly, you want to order 12 bowling balls from me. Should the shipping be only only a few cents more?
2. YES, I COMBINE SHIPPING. Happily. But I cannot give you a flat-rate ahead of time until I know how much your package will weigh. Some beads weigh very little; other lots could clock in at a pound or more.
3. I cannot see what's in your cart. Trust me. Only YOU can see what's in your cart. So if you ask me for a shipping price based on what's in your cart, trust me when I tell you that I don't have access to it.
4. If you are on a desktop computer, you should be able to ask me for a combined-shipping rate. First, choose "Commit to Buy" on any of the items in my eBay store. If you're buying more than one item, then there SHOULD be a button to "Request Total from Seller." This will enable me to give you a favorable shipping rate.
5. If you are on a mobile device, the "Request Total from Seller" button is usually unavailable. In this case, if you can't switch to a desktop computer to complete the transaction, then buy the items all together and I will refund you the difference.
6. My shipping rates are reasonable, and I will endeavor to offer you a favorable, flat-rate US postal box or envelope when possible.
7a. YES, I ship overseas. Please ask me about shipping rates for your country. If you are concerned that my international rates are high, please visit the US Postal Service's web site (usps.com). Type in the weight of your package (I can tell you this ahead of time) and calculate the rate for shipping your items from NYC to your home.
7b. I do not use eBay's global shipping program. Why? Because eBay imposes an absurd customs fee, and too often, my customers abandon their order because this fee is insanely expensive.
