80” VINTAGE RARE NEPTUNA CRADLE FENWICK SURF ROD PENN SENATOR 6/0 FISHING REEL. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
There are 10 all original eyes on the rod--2 of them are rollers--they are all in very good condtion. The bottom portion of the handle looks to be made of teak wood. The cork is very good and well as the fiberglass portion with the classic Fenwick colors .
There is a crack in the reel--see photo #2.
I believe the Nep-tuna name is ground off.&nbs...p;
The aluminum portion is a bit banged up and nicked in a few areas.
The reel is all working and all original. It is a fresh as found estate buy. It will clean up a bit better. Needs to be oiled. The reel has surface rust and shows moderate wear.
