IF I read the Roman numerals correctly this is an 1979, Sunset Stitchery, Christmas Fantasy Stocking kit. Finished 18".
It has been opened and all is here except the needle...I threw it away as it was rusted...left a light rust mark on one of the yellow bulbs on the tree...but it will be covered by yarn.
Kit includes printed design on 17" by 24" 50/50 poly cotton fabric, wool yarn and acrylic yarn. red felt, alphabet chart and instructions
The red felt stocking backing has bee...n cut out...do not know if it came that way or not
That was just a piece of lint on the heel of the stocking...sorry
