Item: Lovely and very rare quality antique Wedgwood lidded twin handled sauce tureen in the colourfully hand painted Chrysanthemum pattern with gold gilded highlights.
Condition: On the underside inner rim of the lid there's a small insignificant over-glazed potting flaw and also a few tiny flea bits to the opening (as pictured), and some insignificant light rubbing to the hand painted orange/brown colour around the rims. There are no chips, cracks or cra...zing etc.
Measurements: approx 8 1/4 inches wide across the handles and stands approx 5 inches to the top of the finial on the lid.
Back stamp: Impressed WEDGWOOD, nos and symbols together with the painters mark, as pictured.
