Here we have a rare vintage/antique yarn/wool winder accessory, not 100% sure, but I think it's from a Knitting/sock machine, not sure of it's manufacture or place of origin. Really nice working vintage condition, runs a little stiffly, probably just needs a drop of oil/grease. Only a few light marks. Please study the photos as they provide the best description.
