Up for auction is a 22cm solid copper saute pan made by the renowned Jacquotot company that was located in Paris. This company is considered to be one of the top makers of copper cookware. The pan made from 2.7mm thick copper measures 22cm. (8.7") across and 2.5" high with a weight of just over 5 lbs. The saute pan was recently re-tinned and polished and is stamped Jacquotot, Made in France and "CONTI", the name of a restaurant in Paris which owned the pan.
