LovelyAntique Enameled 18 Kt Gold Stiletto French* Circa1809-1819 Thehandle of this elegant stiletto is solid 18 Kt gold. The hallmark islight but it isstampedwith the cock's headhallmarkused on small French gold items from 1809-1819. Bothsides have engraved strapwork and scroll designs that have been inlaidwith white and aqua enamel.The steel shank has a lovely faceted top and the original needle sharppoint. The gold isin excellent condition with ...no dents, repairs or otherdamage.Some small bits of the enamel have chipped but it's 80-90 percentintact. The steel shank has most of its original polished surface. Itmeasures 3 1/4" long.
