VLARGE PAIR 18/19thC CARVED WALNUT MAN WOMAN SAINTS CARVINGS FROM CHURCH QUEBEC Hello, thank you for having a look at our auctions. Up for auction with No Reserve is a VERY LARGE PAIR OF 18/19thC CARVED WALNUT MAN WOMAN SAINTS CARVINGS FROM QUEBEC CHURCH. The Figures are some of the finest I have ever sold with incredible life like details to the faces and hands. The Figures appear to be Solid Walnut and I am told date to the 19th Century or earlier and were removed from a Church in Quebec that was being torn down. I urge you to look at all the photos again, these are simply amazing quality. Also be sure to check our other auctions for another very similar pair of Carvings from the same grand estate.
Condition : The Carvings are in amazing condition, ready for display as unique pieces of Art or could be incorporated into a piece of Furniture, Fireplace Mantle etc.
Size : The Pair is quite large and impressive, with each measuring approx 25 inches tall by 5 inches wide.
