This antique Edwardian era cream net silk embroidered lace front top dickey dress fabric trim dates from 1910. It is made of a sheer fine cream color net fabric with cream silk raised padded satin stitch hand embroidery work creating a floral vine leaf lace pattern design. This lo...vely lace front top insert dickey dress fabric remnant trim has a long front panel backed in a cream silk taffeta fabric, with hook closures underneath to attach to a coat or dress, an attached embroidered net bottom flounce front panel skirt fabric which is sheer and unlined. The dickey top measures 22 inches long, 5 inches wide and the bottom panel is 28 inch long, 15 inches wide at the bottom. It is in good as-is condition, with several small frayed holes in the net and cut fraying along the bottom net fabric side edging (see close-ups). Great for upcycling and reuse creating into some new. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
