We have decided that its time to let go of one of our favorites- "Solitude"
This lovely and very popular piece by World's Most Awarded Photographer, Peter Lik, is available in the classic 1.5 Meter Panoramic Size. The actual image size is roughly 59 by 19 inches with an additional border at lengths edge for ease of framing. The piece IS HAND SIGNED unlike many of the other pieces today that with the Artist's massive growth in popula...rity, are only able to feature a print of the Artist's signature. This piece was developed to be used as a display but went virtually untouched for years.
Solitude is unnumbered thus reflecting the discounted price. This also makes this piece considerably less expensive than the current gallery price. It was printed and developed on either ( not too sure but the quality is fabulous) Ilfochrome or Cibachrome. This was the Original high quality printing material that Peter Lik would develop with before investing and building his own printing facility in Las Vegas.
There are two quarter inch creases on the far left sides of the piece but both would be virtually invisible after framing. There is no scuffing and no scratches, folds or tears. This striking piece is in very good condition. I acquired this piece along with several others a few years ago and have since slacked on taking the time to frame it. I think that it should go to an admirer of Peter Lik's work that will actually hang it on the wall.
The Art will come Unframed and in a Tube so that you may frame it as you wish.
