Excellent condition.
These are guaranteed 100% authentic.
LEGO created these figures as suggested prototype designs for Ironman and Captain America minifigures for the launch of the Super Hero line in 2012. However, after several studies it turned out kids preferred a different version of Ironman with a flip-up helmet and Captain America with a softer e...xpression. LEGO decided to use the now rejected designs as a promotional item so 125 of these sets were given with bag and lanyard to the press at the 2012 New York Toy Fair. In addition to these 125 sets, there are some loose sets of these figures that were also produced to meet the bare minimum factory requirements (a very limited number). This is one of those sets, acquired from someone that worked at LEGO.
