I cannot disclose any further information as it is an open investigation **✿ ITEM: ONE pair (2 panels) of curtains (tieback NOT included), bespoke made to measure for its last home in a most archived and hard to find "Kelway" 100% linen fabric by MONKWELL FABRICS - circa 2001 A real remarkable find in this condition and MEGA LONG length - stay tuned as I have several sets of super long curtains that will be listed in the coming weeks.And before I launch any further into the listing, you are kindly asked to observe that these date back early 2000's so they are indeed VINTAGE and as such do show a wee bit more signs of use. If you are NOT familiar with vintage/antique textiles of yesteryear, please look away NOW, but if like me, you adore all things old and lived in, read on as these are a real super treat - even to repurpose the face fabric for something else! These curtains feature:* Professionally made and extensively hand finished** FLUID pattern match*** Weighted hem to ensure proper drape**** Pencil pleat header meaning greater flexibility as you control the amount of fabric gather/ruffle as needed ✿ CONDITION: Offered in good VINTAGE pre-owned condition and the below is what I noted: 1. Sun streak/fade to the lining - presenting itself as discolouration stripes running vertically on the curtains.2. A touch of fade at the leading edge where the curtains meet that was just about visible when the curtains laid flat on the ground and totally undetected when they hung for the pictures.3. Spotting on the LINING condensed mainly to the bottom of the curtains4. scattered surface markings, again to the lining and perhaps the odd mark along the hem where they have puddled over time.5. Some parts of the header where the hooks insert do hold a bit more tension wear, but plenty more slots to use so this does NOT in any way prevent the curtains from being used at all. Whilst marks can be quantified, smells cannot. This has been sourced from a clean and smoke free home and is stored in the very same condition chez moi, BUT you are kindly reminded that this is a PREOWNED set of FABRIC curtains - so for hygiene sake, it is recommended that you clean BEFORE using. That said, I did not pick up anything offensive so would say they are good to hang as they are.✿ FABRIC TEXTURE/COLOUR and DESIGN: Medium weight 100% linen fabric - this could be used in light upholstery to give you an indication of its robustness. The drape these hold is DIVINE - they have aged ever so well - NO droopy nor tired fibres here!Echo/whisper knotting and graining along the weave at random - not overly textured but slightly to give the fabric a bit more character."Kelway" is a wonderful screen printed floral pattern very reminiscent of late summer meadow blooms. Exquisite colour palette of pastel shades of rose pinks, purples, mid greens and blues. The backing is a true ivory cream which offers the perfect backdrop to all those colours.
✿ LINING: Fully lined in a cotton blend lining fabric most often referred to as standard lined; this allows the face fabric to effortlessly drape as there are no bulky linings. The light diffuses wonderfully :) ✿ HEADER TYPE: PENCIL PLEAT header that retain their uncut cords - they are currently tied so will need undoing should you wish to adjust the widths. There is a handy sewn in little pocket on the reverse header at the end to store the excess cords in. These can be used for both track and pole (with curtain rings) systems Measurements PER CURTAIN LAID FLAT +/- 2 cm Width (SIDE TO SIDE) 191 cm or 75.2 inches - this is the FLAT WIDTH BEFORE GATHER Length (TOP TO BOTTOM) 301 cm or 118.5 inches - there is a workable 3.5 inches in the hem (upturn) so these could be lengthened, although please note that should you do this, there may be a crease shadow from the previous hemline.

Payment
- Payment no later than 2 days of listing end, if you need more time just let me know preferably as soon as rather than later. Unpaid item disputes are automatically logged 2 days of item ending whereby you may lose your right to purchase, so if you do need more time to pay, let me know so I can manually override the settings.- All items are SOLD AS SEEN, hence the LOADS of pictures in the listing, so please check measurements, colours, markings/blemishes carefully, and of course if you are unsure of anything, big or small, please ASK :)- Large items require specialist furniture carriers, please do not send national carriers such as parcelforce etc to collect a large item of furniture as I do not hold the means nor experience to pack adequately for postage. Shipping
Please allow 1-2 working days from the point of cleared payment for dispatch of your item. Once dispatched you will be notified with tracking information (uploaded on eBay) so you can keep on eye on your item. You will also be provided with pictures of your PACKED item(s) leaving me for your total peace of mind, these pictures will be sent to your ebay messages upon dispatch.- Postage is for a small amount towards packaging materials and I do recycle where I can- Everything will be sent tracked & will require a signature. Tracking will always be uploaded next to your paypal payment for your records, so please check your order details on ebay as more than often the information available once your item has been posted is the same for me as it is for you. National carriers will operate a Monday-Friday during working working hours, I am NOT able to be time specific so it is an all day call out. Instructions will/should be left should you be out when they attempt delivery. Returns & Refunds- I offer a fuss free and quibble free returns policy, if for whatever reason you wish to return your item, please get in touch as soon as. ALL returns MUST go through ebay, I can help guide you through the process- Items should be sent TRACKED and INSURED. Please make sure that they are securely packed, no flimsy plastic carrier bags please to ensure they have a safe journey whilst in transit.- Once the items have arrived back, providing they/it remains in the SAME condition as it was when it left me, your refund will be processed. If they are not in the condition they were sent out in, I reserve the right to ask eBay to intervene.
