Here is an extremely rare ( look it up in Ring/Ham) San Francisco bitters. These are one of the most common western bitters, but there are maybe 6 known in this aqua. These are in my opinion, the very first batch of Yerba Buena Bitters blown, circa 1870s. The embossing reads, " Yerba Buena, Bitters , S.F. Cal." The "R's" are the curved leg, indicating this one was blown in San Francisco. The glass is crude and bubbly, and it has never been cleaned. There is a thin flat 3/16" flake on t...he very top of the lip, which may be in-making, but in any case is minor. There are also a few light scratches, but it does not need to be cleaned...just sparkly western glass in a super rare color.You will like this one! Buyer to pay $9.85 postage in the US only.
